Vision
TEARS, INC. will be a nationally recognized and implemented organization that assists youth in becoming successful through holistic programming that includes treatment, sheltering, counseling, tutoring, mentoring, and parenting services.
TEARS
Mission: To treat. inform, empower, and encourage youth to make sound, healthy decisions so that their paths lead them into successful futures.
The purpose of the Color My Victory 5k is to raise funds and awareness of the After School Tutorial Program.
